He shouldn't be a spitter...

The next priority in the "Kaltman-Kraft Wedding Extravaganza" is choosing our officiant. Emerald Gardens has a list of four that are included in their ceremony price. We are going to start calling them next week to set up appointments and meet them. Our criteria is:

1. He should not be a spitter
2. He should be respectful, because this is a serious occasion, but have a sense of humor because this is a good day
3. He shouldn't stare at Amy's chest the whole time
4. He should take the time to know us a little bit and customize the ceremony around our needs

Anything else we are missing?

On a side note - we are also starting to think about wedding favors (because we don't have other priorities going on). What is the coolest wedding favor you have ever received. Because we want to try and beat that since we want to be the cool couple.
