My Romantic Mister

I don't think it is a secret at this point how much Ken and I adore one another. But I have to tell you that I am constantly amazed at how much this love is shown to me in romantic and sentimental ways.

Last night, Ken took me back out ot our dirt (which is coming along very nicely!) after a nice dinner out. We were standing in what will be our kitchen, when he dropped to one knee -- again. This time he took my hand and took my engagement ring off of it. By the way, I DID tell you all that he bought me the most beautiful engagement ring, didn't I? Anyway, he took the ring off my hand then held my hand in his, looked me in the eye and slipped the ring back on my hand. "This is the rock you deserve," he said, "I love you so much. Will you still marry me?"

You all know I said yes, with no hesitation. Jus thtought I would share that one more incredibly romantic moment with you -- our family and friends.

PS: We started working with a florist today -- I am very sad to say that I do not think I am getting my Periwinkle wedding! We went over ideas and the availability of periwinkle flowers is sadly lacking. I will research and discuss, but it is not looking good. Teri, I think that means that the shower is going to HAVE to be periwinkle!

Don't forget to let us know your best wedding favor story!

OK, so this makes 3 times Ken has asked you to marry him? hmm one would think he loves you or something.

Maybe check out another florist?

I think the biggest issue we had with Barb, other than the fact she was overly familiar, is that she brought up very valid points. Oh and she was expensive. We at least know the high end of the floral piece. And if others give us similar feedback, we'll know she is right.
